Approve Optio Dentistry & Optio TV Videos

Optio Dentistry and Optio TV offers a lot of video content, with more being released on a regular basis. Use this guide to help make your selections. 

Update your profile

To make it easier for you to approve, please take a minute to update your profile. Turn off any services you don’t offer to bulk remove those videos. 

Here’s how to update your "Practice Profile"

  1. Log into your Optio Account
  2. Click Practice Profile
  3. Turn on or off services or brands according to your preferences
  4. Click the update profile button

Approve Videos

We require clients to approve new videos before they can be shown on your Optio TV or Optio Dentistry account. Use this tool to approve videos to customize your playlist. 

Here’s how to approve new videos

  1. Log in to your Optio Account
  2. Click Approve Videos
  3. Use the play button to preview the video
  4. Click approve or reject 
  5. Hit submit to make your selections

Change your Optio ID

Your Optio ID is used to log into Optio TV and the Optio Dentistry app. You can change and update your Optio ID in the My Account section.

  1. Log in to your Optio Account
  2. Click Optio ID
  3. Change or edit your Optio ID username and password
