Log in to your Optio Account
Log in to Optio Publishing to make changes to your account and to approve video or social content for your subscriptions.
- Forgot your password? Reset it on the login page by entering the email address associated with your account. Tip: Optio Dentistry and Optio TV subscribers will set up their Optio ID when ordering.
- Don’t remember your username? If this is your first time logging in, try the main email address associated with your account and use the password reset button to generate a password.
- Need additional access? Have the account owner reach out to us at [email protected]
Switch Between Accounts
For clients with multiple accounts, you can use the same login and simply switch between accounts at the top of the screen. The toggle only appears if you have multiple accounts with us.

Update Credit Card
Need to update your credit card? Simply log in and make the change to your account.
- Log in to your Optio Account
- Click Update Payment Details (under billing)
- Add your new credit card information and click update
